Navigation requires a bearing, a destination. Sometimes the objective is clearly in view, while at other times it is obscured by bad weather or seemingly giant obstacles; yet it still mysteriously lures us towards it.
Discover and Write Your Personal Mission Statement
At this seminar, you will find clarity as to a life’s mission. Your mission should not be merely greater income or higher qualifications or the acquisition of power. Together, we will dig deep and ask how you want to see yourself. A vision of the future can be a powerful force that pulls you further and higher than you have ever been before.

Just 8 minutes from Tokyo Station on the Keiyo Line and 14 minutes from Ginza, Yumenoshima Marina—home to Tokyo Yacht Club—creates a tranquil and unique setting for the seminar. Using the idea of voyages as a metaphor against the backdrop of boats and the ocean air, attendees will create a mission statement for navigating life in the 21st century and leaving a legacy of thought and inspiration well into the 22nd.
Part of the workshop will be conducted onboard 40-foot sailboat SV Wahine and will include sailing in Tokyo Bay (weather permitting).
COMPANY/ON-SITE
This seminar can also be held on-site and exclusive to your organization. Please contact us for further details on scheduling a seminar tailored specifically to your group.
Seminar Dates

for dates and locations.
On-site seminars can be scheduled per availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
About the Facilitator
Lowell Sheppard will share from his own life experience of mission-driven goal setting. His current mission: to seek the most remote place in the North Pacific, travel there solo on SV Wahine, and draw attention to the profound issues affecting people and our planet. This will be just one of many examples Lowell will use to parallel the concepts presented in the seminar.
